1. What We Collect
When you sign up for the PubRun waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. When you use the app, we collect only what's necessary to provide the service: your crawl check-ins, photos you choose to save, and group activity data.
2. Location Data
Location data is only collected during an active pub crawl and is automatically deleted when the crawl ends. We do not store location history. We do not track you in the background. Location sharing is opt-in and visible only to your group members.
3. No Data Selling
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Not now, not ever. No exceptions.
4. Your Rights
You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing info@pubrun.co.uk. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
